What is the Occupiers' Portal for?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n

The Occupiers' Portal is here to make your time working at 8 St James's Sqaure easy and simple. The Building Management team would like you to use the portal to book Heating & Air Conditioning Run on requests and schedule your visitors to the building.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Why am I unable to make a Visitor Booking?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n

The first step to booking a visitor into the building is correctly adding them to your guestlist. Navigate to the visitor booking form, then click 'Add new visitor'. Your guests must always be added to your guestlist before you can book them into the building for a visit. <\/p>\r\n\r\n

Are staff members able to make Announcements on the Occupiers' Portal?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n

The Announcements are reserved solely for Building Management staff.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
